I can actually imagine this appearing on the prow of a schooner. Though I suspect whoever commissioned the schooner would insist upon extra anatomical accoutrements, of the usual sort (sigh) ...

If I'm in the position to commission a sailing ship, I'll have this as the figurehead "as is". :)
